By accessing or using Webhens ("the Service"), operated by The Jackson Bunch LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Webhens provides a web-based page builder, AI content generation tools, and advertising platform (collectively, "the Products"). Access to specific features depends on your subscription plan.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create using Webhens. We claim no intellectual property rights over your websites, text, images, or other materials. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to harass or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated materials.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Jackson Bunch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
